We at Aabhaar Connections Pvt. Ltd. (Kiran’s Connecting Dots) are committed to providing valuable and enriching online classes and workshops to our clients. We understand that circumstances might arise where you need to cancel your enrolment. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your options.
1 ) Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are available within the first 24 hours after the purchase time and date of the online class or workshop. After this period, no refunds will be granted.
2) Valid Reasons for Refund:
We will issue a refund if you encounter technical issues preventing you from accessing the class or workshop, and we are unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable time frame.
3) Invalid Reasons for Refund:
Refunds will not be made if the participant does not show up for the workshop on the said date and time. In this case the participant may be provided with the recording of the webinar (only if the workshop was recorded). The access of such recording will be given for a stipulated time period.
4) Webinar or Online Sessions cancellations / postponements:
If a Webinar is cancelled or postponed in full or in part, Aabhaar Connections Pvt Ltd (Kiran’s Connecting Dots) will use its reasonable endeavours to notify you of the cancellation or postponement using the details you provided at the time of booking.
(a) If a Webinar is cancelled, We will refund you the Investment you have actually paid for minus any Processing within 30 days of giving you notice of cancellation.
(b) If a Webinar/Online Session is rescheduled or postponed, Aabhaar Connections Pvt Ltd (Kiran’s Connecting Dots) where possible, use its reasonable endeavours to offer you tickets to the rescheduled Webinar equivalent to the value of the investment you actually paid. Webinar services which are rescheduled or postponed are not eligible for a refund.
5) Procedure for Requesting Refunds:
To request a refund, you must email us at Info@kiranravisrivastava.com or kiransconnectingdots@gmail.com within the refund eligibility period, explaining the reason for your request. Your email must include your name, email address used for the purchase, the name of the class or workshop, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Upon receiving your refund request, we will investigate the issue and notify you via email on the status of your refund request. If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed deducting the processing fee and GST (if any) and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
6) Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund within the specified period, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
